Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are allowed to return the product within 14 days from date of purchase according to below terms and conditions:

1. Items must be returned in unused condition and containing the original packaging.
2. Ensuring that we do care about our customers, and for hygiene and safety reasons Lingerie, under Garments, Accessories, Cosmetics, Toiletries & Swimming Goggles cannot be returned, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
3. Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in case manufacture defects.

Refund Timeline:

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our Warehouse and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

• If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our Warehouse;
• If your refund is as Online Store Credit, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our Warehouse center and inspected by our team; or
• If you have cancelled your order before Product(s) are dispatched for delivery, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card or as Online store credit based on your choice of refund and the above terms and conditions.

Upon receiving a product with any damage from the shipping company, the product must be reported within two days from the date of receiving the product (including official and regular holidays) in order to take all necessary measures, and if there is any delay beyond the specified period, the submitted complaint will not be considered.

It is also possible to exchange or return your purchased items by visiting any of our branches within 14 days in case the product is in the original condition of purchase, or within 30 days in case of manufacturing defects.
